Gorgonzola Potato Pie

Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes
1/2 cup gorgonzola (thinly sliced)
5 tablespoons butter
to taste salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil and mash potatoes.
2. Butter a baking dish and evenly spread half of mashed.
3. potatoes into it.
4. Cover with thin slices of gorgonzola.
5. Cover with remaining mashed potatoes.
6. Place bits of butter on top and bake at 300°F for 8 minutes.
7. Serve hot, season as desired.
