Ingredients:
12 mini pita pockets
2 roasted sweet red peppers, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Place pitas on baking sheet.
2. Top with red peppers and basil.
3. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
4. Bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
