Gorgonzola  and Caramelized Onion Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small pan heat olive oil over low-medium heat. Add onions and cook 5-8 minutes or until soft and lightly browned and carmelized.
  2. Cool onions completely. In a bowl combine softened cream cheese, gorgonzola cheese, cranberries, and onions.
  3. Mold into ball .
  4. If using chopped walnuts, roll ball in nuts.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Serve with crackers.
