Ingredients:
6 ears sweet white corn |
1 pound butter |
1 bunch cilantro, leaves chopped |
1 pound cotija cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Preheat a grill to 350 degrees F. 2. Grill the corn with husks on for 30 minutes, then remove the husks. Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat and stir in the cilantro. When the corn is ready to be removed from the grill put them on a serving platrer and apply the butter mixture. Top with cheese and serve. 3.
