Gordon Ramsay's Sticky Baked Chicken Drumsticks

I love the Asian flavor and the ease of the recipe. DH who claims he does not like drumsticks, but I think he is fibbing, because he inhaled these drumsticks.
Ingredients:
olive oil, for drizzle
10 chicken drumsticks
sea salt
black pepper
6 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons fish sauce
4 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 1/2 lemons, juice of
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
4 teaspoons sesame oil
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Lightly oil a large baking dish.
3. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper and arring in the dish in a single layer.
4. Drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken and and for 20 minutes.
5. In the meantime prepare the glaze:.
6. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl until evenly combined.
7. Take the chicken out of the overand the glaze over the chicken to coat the chicken evenly.
8. Return to the oven and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
9. Turn several times until the chicken is tender and nicely glazed.
10. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
11. The Chew recommends serving with steamed rice and green beans.
