Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 toasted walnuts
2 cups uncooked asparagus, shredded
Directions:
1. Cream first four ingredients.
2. Sift together remaining ingredient except walnut and asparagus.
3. Add walnut to dry ingredient.
4. Add dry to egg mixture.
5. mix in asparagus.
6. spread in 2 meat loaf pans.
7. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
8. voila!
