Good-n-easy Cornbread

This corbread is my favorite, mainly because it is so quick and easy, and NO white flour.
Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups yellow cornmeal
2 teaspoons sugar (optional-i usually forget to add this)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
drop of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Beat together the buttermilk, eggs, and baking soda.
2. Beat in the cornmeal, sugar, salt, melted butter and vanilla
3. Pour into a butter baking pan or 2 buttered 9-inch pie pans.
4. Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes
5. Cut and serve piping hot with butter!
