Good Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 1/2 medium strawberries
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Chop up banana and strawberries
  2. Add all ingredients in blender
  3. Blend Well!
  4. *You can always add powdered supplements to give the smoothie that extra boost
