I fiddled with a regular guacamole recipe until I found the one that I absolutely loved. My two and a half year old son always asks for more wamowee ! I like my guacamole on the salty side so adjust the salt to your liking.
Ingredients:
6 avocados
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tomato, diced
1 red onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
Directions:
1. Mash avocado in a mixing bowl.
2. Add diced tomato, onion and green pepper.
3. Mix in garlic powder, salt and chili powder.
4. Dip fresh vegetables or tortilla chips.
5. ENJOY!
