Ingredients:
1/3 cup apple juice, chilled
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup chopped strawberry
1/2 cup raspberries, partially frozen
1/2 cup chopped banana, partially frozen
1/2 cup lowfat blueberry frozen yogurt
Directions:
1. To the container of an electric blender, add all the ingredients.
2. Start blending on low speed and gradually increase speed until mixture is smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
