Golden Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup cold butter
1 cup finely chopped peanuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and egg.
3. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
4. Stir in peanuts.
5. Resurve 2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining mixture on bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan.
6. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
7. Meanwhile, in another large mixing bowl, beat Milk, peanut butter and vanilla.
8. Spread over prepared crust; top with reserved crumb mixture.
9. Bake an additional 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
10. Cool and cut.
