Golden Graham Cookies

Found off a blog....I can't remember which one. This uses Golden Graham Cereal to make a light cookies.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
4 cups golden grahams cereal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, egg, almond extract and water well.
2. Blend flour, soda and salt; mix into the butter sugar mixture gradually.
3. Mix in rolled oats and cereal.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a parchment lined baking sheet, making sure to leave about an inch and a half around each cookies. Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges.
