Golden Cornbread With Cinnamon Honey Butter

This is a staple. I make it quite often. we have it as a snack or after a meal as a sweet treat
Ingredients:
2 1/ cup unbleached flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 cup buttermilk
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup melted butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
cinnamon honey butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400*
2. Combine dry ingredients mix well and make a well in the center set aside
3. Beat together very well eggs, oil, Butter and milk
4. Pour into well stir just until dry bits are moistened
5. Pour into a sprayed or lightly buttered 8 x8 square pan
6. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden cool on rack
7. serve with Cinnamon Honey butter
8. To make up Butter :
9. Combine butter, Honey and Cinnamon
10. Mix in mixer until light and fluffy
