Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp onion juice

Directions:

  1. Place fish in a greased 13-in X 9-in x 2 baking dish; sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Beat egg white with salt if desired until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in mayonnaise, dill and onion juice, spoon over fish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is puffed and golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with dill and lemon if desired.
