Goey Chocolate Pudding-cake

This is an amazing dessert I made last weekend. It sounds insane to pour boiling water over the batter of the cake, but trust me, the result is delicious!! Serve with ice-cream or a large amount of whipped cream :)
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tbsp sal
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup milk (room temperature)
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 cup light muscovado sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl – flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Add milk, oil and the vanilla. Mix well with a wooden spoon until you get a firm and silky batter.
3. Butter a baking dish and pour the cake mix.
4. In a bowl mix muscovado sugar, cocoa powder and gently sprinkle over the cake batter.
5. Pour the boiling water over the cake using a large spoon. This sounds crazy, but trust me, it works!
6. Bake in medium oven for about 45 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes before serving.
