This is good for a quick and easy snack...the only problem is that the ingredients aren't necessarily ones that you'd have in the house by chance!
Ingredients:
100 g smoked salmon
1 avocado, sliced
80 -100 g goat cheese
6 slices bread
Directions:
1. Spread the slices of bread with the cheese.
2. Put the salmon on the goat's cheese.
3. Cover with slices of avocado.
