Ingredients:
1/2 cup goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
2 tablespoons chopped radishes
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
crackers or french bread or bagel chips, to serve
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except crackers, in a small bowl.
2. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
