Goat Cheese, Pepper, and Bacon Tart

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Place pie shell in pie plate.
  3. In bottom of pie shell evenly scatter crumbled bacon and chopped peppers.
  4. In medium bowl, beat together eggs, cheese, milk, seasonings and onion.
  5. Pour over bacon and peppers in pie shell.
  6. Bake for about an hour until set (a knife inserted into custard halfway between center and crust comes out clean) and lightly browned on top.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
