Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups red apples, cored and cubed
2 1/4 cups 2 1/4 c. green apples, cored and cubed
1 cup coleslaw mix
1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon to 2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Lightly toss ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
