Gluten Free Orange Walnut Bread

A gluten free recipe from Land-O-Lakes. This makes a nice moist bread with a hint of orange.
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons orange peel, freshly grated
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F
2. Combine all ingredients except walnuts in large bowl.
3. Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
4. Stir in walnuts.
5. Pour into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
