Gluten-free No-cook Peanutbutter Oats Balls

Very good...very easy....and a very good after-school snack that's good for the kids. Or you.
Ingredients:
2 c. gluten-free crisp rice cereal
1 c nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. certified gluten-free oats
1/4 c. cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Crush the cereal in a zip-top bag and set aside.
2. Put milk, peanut butter, honey, oats and 1 cup of the crushed cereal in a bowl and mix well. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Add the balls to the bag with the remaining 1 c.cereal and cocoa powder. Shake and squeeze gently, coating them thoroughly with the mixture.
3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5 days or in the freezer indefinitely.
