Gluten Free Granny's Apple Stuff

Granny taught me the simplest ingredient that went into a cobbler. Since we have a son that has a gluten sensitivity, everything now must go through the gluten free process. We now use brown rice flour or white rice flour as a substitute for our simple cobblers.
Ingredients:
5 rome apples, peeled cored and cubed
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup organic unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. place your apples in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
3. In seperate bowl, mix flour, sugar , cinnamon and butter ( room temperature) until it makes a crumbly consistency.
4. Spread the crumble on top of the apples.
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until apples are fork tender.
6. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
