Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies

These are gluten free and very simple to make. I always use liquid stevia in my recipes because it's better for you and good for your stomach.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons light margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar substitute
2 egg whites
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray pan and dust w/cocoa powder.
3. Melt margarine.
4. Mix ingredients in one big bowl. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
