Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup gram flour
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup rice flour or 1/4 cup brown rice flour
2 tablespoons glutenous rice flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix everything together until you have a smooth, thin batter.
2. Fry in butter or margarine in a frying or crepe pan.
