Great Mayonnaise Recipe using canola oil
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
2 tablespoons distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3 3/4 cups canola oil
Directions:
1. Put the egg, vinegar and salt into a food processor and turn on.
2. Slowly pour in the oil.
3. The longer you leave the machine on the thicker the mayo will get. And that's it. Gluten free mayonnaise at the drop of a hat.
