best gluten free bread for the bread maker. Should get 8 servings, or 16 thin slices
Ingredients:
1 cup sorghum
1 cup potato starch
1/2 cup millet flour
2 teaspoons xanthum gum
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoons honey
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
1. sorghum is sorghum flour
2. combine the dry ingredients, including yeast
3. combine the reminder of the ingredients
4. put the wet ingredients in the bread maker
5. put the dry on top of the wet ones.
6. set the bread maker on 1.5 pound loaf and light crust. should take around 3 hours
