Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sorghum
  • 1/2 cup millet flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Sorghum is sorghum flour
  2. Combine the dry ingredients, including yeast
  3. Combine the reminder of the ingredients
  4. Put the wet ingredients in the bread maker
  5. Put the dry on top of the wet ones.
  6. Set the bread maker on 1.5 pound loaf and light crust. should take around 3 hours
