Gluten Free Applesauce Raisin Spice Muffins

I have yet to try this recipe - saving here for future use.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup organic brown rice flour
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon non-aluminum baking powder (argo, rumford, watkins and red mill all make aluminum-free)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup organic raisins
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon organic sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a large muffin tin with nonstick spray.
3. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each hole about 1/3 full.
4. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
