this is my go to breakfast! lots of energy and glowing skin, and it taste like candy!
Ingredients:
1 large carrot
8 frozen cherries
1 banana
1/2 cup of mango
1/2 cup frozen rasberrys or cranberrys
1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt or greek yogurt
2 tblsp flax seed or pumpkin seeds
your fovorite juice... i use orange mango or coconut
Directions:
1. throw all in a blender and fill to the top with juice and blend!
2. nice and cold and sweet, you cant even tell its good for you!
