Ingredients:
4 orange roughy, flounder or red snapperfillets (1 lb.)
1/4 cup apricot spreadable fruit or orange marmalade
2 tsp. stick margarine,melted
2 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Place fillets on a ungreased shallow broiler/ baking pan
2. Broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 5-6 minutes.
3. Combine spreadable fruit, margarine and mustard
4. Spoon over fillets.
5. Broil 3-4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with fork
6. ( Do not turn)
