Glazed Carrots Dijonnaise

One of my favorite ways to prepare carrots. Yummo!
Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots
3 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until soft.
2. While carrots cook, mix together all other ingredients.
3. When carrots are soft, drain excess water and then add sauce and keep on low heat until sauce is warm and butter is melted.
4. Enjoy!
