Sauted cabbage with ground beef. You can alternate between bokchoy or string beans (10 cups of string beans is 341 cal compared with 175 cal for 10 cups of cabbage)
Ingredients:
10 cups cabbage
1/2 lb beef, ground
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. - heat oil
2. - saute garlic then onion then tomato
3. - then put in the ground beef
4. - then lastly the cabbage
