Easy and quick! Everyone loves them! Perfect last minute dessert for school events and parties!
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven.
2. Mix all ingredients, softening the butter and adding the flour last.
3. If necessary, place in the freezer for 10 minute.
4. Roll into 1 balls and then roll in sugar.
5. Place on a greased cookie sheet (only 9 per pan) and bake for 7-8 minutes.
