I have a smoothie every morning for breakfast and this is one of my favorites. It is designed to give energy throughout the day
Ingredients:
6 ounces orange creme flavored yogurt
pomegranate seeds
6 ounces fresh pineapple
4 ounces fresh blueberries
3 ounces orange juice
2 ounces cranberry-grape juice
5 ounces ice
2 ounces rice milk
1 fluid ounce liquid, vitamin b-12
Directions:
1. Mix Ingriedients in a blender and combine until smooth.
