Ingredients:
6 cups savoy cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable broth
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon vinegar, rice
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/4 tablespoon pepper
Directions:
1. Saute cabbage, scallion, garlic, and ginger over medium heat for 3-4 minutes stirring frequently.
2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
