Gingered Melon and Grape Salad

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs honeydew melon, rind and seeds removed, cut into 1-inch chunks (5 cups)
2 lbs cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, cut into 1-inch chunks (5 cups)
1/2 lb red seedless grapes, halved (1 3/4 cups)
1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lime peel
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions:
1. Toss everything to mix in a large serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate til ready to serve, or up to 8 hours.
