Gingered Caramel And Yogurt Dip With Fruit

a nice fruit dip ;use a variety of fresh fruits for this dip, its very good
Ingredients:
1/2 package of cream cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping and 2 teasppoons more for drizzling
1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 medium apple 1 medium banana
1 medium pear
8 strawberries whole
Directions:
1. beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
2. beat in yogurt and 1/4 cup of the caramel topping until smooth
3. cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes until chilled.
4. spoon dip into small serving bowl; drizzle with 2 teaspoons caramel topping; swirl into dip with tip of knife.
5. sprinkle with ginger
6. serve with fruit slices
