Gingerbread Pancakes

A simple yet yummy different version of plain pancakes.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup molasses
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon.
2. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat together the egg and milk, then stir in the molasses,and then the oil.
4. Add the flour mixture until just combined.
5. Pour a quarter cup of batter for each pancake on a preheated grill.
6. Cook on the first side until the batter if full of bubbles on the surface.
7. Flip the pancake and cook til the second side is lightly browned.
