Gingerbread Muffins

Gingerbread for breakfast? Why not! Serve with whipped cream cheese.
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 finely chopped apples or 1 pear
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Place cupcake/muffins papers in muffin pan.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Add chopped fruit.
5. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry.
6. Mix well.
7. Spoon into muffin papers until 2/3 full.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or so.
