Gingerbread Cookies Low-Fat

Classic cookies for cutting shapes but a little healthier! One bowl recipe.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup honey
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
Directions:
1. In a big bowl. beat butter, brown sugar, egg.
2. Fill a one cup measuring cup with 1/4 cup blackstrap molasses. Then continue to fill the measuring cup to the 2/3 cup mark, with honey. Add to butter, sugar and egg. Mix well.
3. Grate chunk of ginger -about 2 tbsp-, then add to bowl and mix.
4. Sift dry ingredients into the big bowl and mix well.
5. Chill dough for 2 hours.
6. Roll out 1/4-inch thick and cut into shapes. Bake 8-10 minutes.
