Gingerbread Cookie Loaf

I love gingerbread! I like to make this in the mini loaf pans and give an assortment of breads as gifts.
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinamon
1 1/4 cloves
1 1/4 nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp giinger
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
2. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, syrup and oil.
3. stir into dry ingredients just until moistened (batter will be thin)
4. Pour int two greased loaf pans.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean.
6. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
7. makes 2 loaves.
