Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
1 cup(s) maple syrup
2 cup(s) milk
2 cup(s) sugar
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 325 for 60-70 mins. Let cool 10 mins before serving.
