Medicine balls, anti-inflammatory, for joints. Eat 3 - 4 daily.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tbs. fennel seeds
1/4 c. molasses
2 tbs. ground turmeric
2 tbs. ground ginger
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips.
2. Mix everything together in order in food processor. Pulse carefully until well blended.
3. Roll into 36 balls then chill.
