Try this for a change of pace. Ginger is also goodfor an upset stomach.
Ingredients:
4 slices gingerroot, 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup light brown sugar
6 cups boiling water
Directions:
1. Bruise ginger slices with the flat side of a large knife blade. Place ginger in a large tepot and add sugar and water. Steep 5 minutes.
