chicken breast stuffed with bread, spinach, cheese & turkey bacon. High in Protein
Ingredients:
3 oz chicken breast, skinless
2 slice turkey bacon
1 egg white
1/4 cup bread, cubed
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup spinach, shredded
1 tbsp dressing, blue menu soy and giner
Directions:
1. Slice chicken horizontally.
2. In bowl mix bread, bacon, egg, spinach, mozzarella.
3. Pile stuffing on bottom chicken slice, put second slice on top.
4. Sprinkle desired spice and drizzle ginger dressing.
5. Wrap loosely in tin foil tent.
6. Bake 375 for 40 minutes
