Ginger Snaps, nutrition analysis for 1 cookie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg, large, beaten
2 cups flour, all purpose
1/4 tsp salt
32 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cream butter & sugar.
3. Add molasses and egg.
4. Beat well.
5. Add dry ingredients.
6. Mix well.
7. Roll into small balls & roll balls in sugar (balls about 3/4 )
8. Place on greased cookie sheet.
9. Bake 10-15 375 degrees.
