Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette

Toss with salad greens or rice noodles, or use it as a dipping sauce for pot stickers or spring rolls. It's a good marinade too. I love it!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup yellow miso
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons ginger, minced peeled fresh
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
4 teaspoons canola oil
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Stir in green onions and the remaining ingredients.
