If you have ever had the ginger sauce at Kobes Japanese Steakhouse, this is the duplicate. It's wonderful for dipping shrimp, or over Easy Sticky Rice. My grandchildren dip anything in this sauce! A food processor or a great blender, and a scale are needed for this recipe. This is best made a day in advance.
Ingredients:
5 ounces onions
3 ounces fresh ginger
3 ounces white vinegar
3 ounces japanese soy sauce
1 ounce vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Peel and roughly chop ginger.
2. Peel and roughly chop onion.
3. Process in food processor about 1 minute.
4. Add soy sauce and vinegar.
5. Process for 1 minute.
6. Drizzle in vegetable oil and process 2 minutes.
