Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups chopped nectarine
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
