This is an easy non-alcoholic beverage to make on a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon liquid low-calorie sweetener
1/4 cup chopped mint leaf
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups orange juice
1 quart ginger ale
Directions:
1. Combine water, sugar substitute, and mint in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Strain and cool.
2. At serving time, add lemon and orange juices and ginger ale. Pour over finely crushed ice in tall glasses.
